| Spudnig the band is back in Fairfax. The reunion took place a couple of weeks ago and it was a delight to have Gail Muldrow back with Sweetie Pie and Tim Bush plus Wendy on Keys with Qui Qui on Congas hiding in the shadows for most of the video. John Molloy ably steppin in on drums. As Gail says it had been about 3 years since the last gig.. a little rough but who cares just hang on and try to follow Gail and enjoy the ride. The last few years has had Gail playing with the 'Funk 101 band' and other variations of The Family Stone Band. She has also been part of the Quicksilver Gold tribute band done a solo tour of Italy, played the SF Blues Fest in 2004 and generally kept very busy. In my mind there is one place I really want to see Gail and that is in front of her own band Spudnig. Consider this show a warm-up, a warning, a shot across the bow..
