Bandlands

  Spark and Cinder from Chico California. This band floored me when I first heard them. This is very 'Old School' high powered rock, gold, with a big and juicy sound. I have to do a decent interview with drummer leader, Jimmy Fay the next time the band is in town. From what I have heard this band has been in existence for 30 years, it started with Jimmy back in good old Jersey City. I don't think there are too many of the original members but these guys play and know how to play..


 Definitely on my can't miss watch when they finally hit Peri's again. Dana Olsen their great guitarist is from Marin County as is Dan McLaughlin on Bass. Dana can also be heard and appreciated in a very hot country & western band that you will hear more of here. The Bar Association.
