WTF!
I am talking about life. God help me! Jeez Louise mercy.
Viva la Revelacion! Nothing works so I proceed on.

Ever since I got the upgrade on my Mac operating system nothing works . It happens everytime.. to me anyways. You change your operating system you step back 20 paces and begin all over. Crap!! it's OK because who has time for any damn thing but survival. So no videos until I figure it out maybe go back to the old operating system.
My digital camera my source of stills ... whose battery, old battery has died sort of and that was around the time I took a spill in the mud attempting to catch a beautiful sunset, extreme abruptity landed camera first squish it took a month to get the camera cleaned..the new battery came in the mail and melted on the first charge!!??? I haven't got around to getting that artifact even back in the mail yet but maybe tomorrow except....

 Whine whine whine...

Let's talk music.... Spin Out, Honey Dust, the Marones (think The Ramones), Rob Robinson Band, Brian's Drummer Jokes,

Brian says to his Mom; I want to be a drummer when I grow up!  Mom: But Brian you cant do both.

Yes you heard that before..?

Culann's Hounds, Cold Play (that is a great tune), Hank Williams Sr., Emmy Lou and Mark (another great tune) who the holy heck is Scrunt?
Danny Uzilevsky's high school Band  that's who .. yes it's reunion time.
 Two Seconds and Panda.

'and I will be alone again tonight my dear' remember Love? I bought there first album in 1968 I was 16 years old I thought they were from Connecticut I was in Boston getting ready for summer camp. I thought maybe they were cool you know I liked all that stuff coming out of SF back then. I was a teenager about to go to my summer camp rendezvous with major life events that happen in the summer to teenagers you know sheesh!! Embarrassing, no more details, of course I still deeply love that woman. For what's that's worth. Nothing. Love. All I remember is Little Red Book from that album.. 'I took out every girl in town'...

My good friend from college days (all of one semester) New Paltz... Arnold told me once that he saw Love play at the Fillmore East opening up for the Grateful Dead said they seemed to be anything but and the old Dead were a ray of Golden... compared but he was probably so stoned on Acid who knows maybe that was the night the Hells Angels calmed him down and gave him some psychic salvation that belied there nasty reputation in those days and of course he always had good things to say about Pigpen as being the sweetest of the lot what was a kid not even out of High School doing so high.. it's all about Advil these days.

I really liked the band Love with Arthur Lee turns out they were from LA and I could even give you the street intersection in LA where they hung out according to Gil who rode in my cab and lives in Novato who tells me he was an original member of the band. He says they were originally called 'The Grassroots' and were happy as can be and getting to be a really hot band but all of a sudden this other band was on the scene called 'The Grassroots; and this other band had an album and so they looked for a new name and somehow 'Love' seemed cool. Somebody has made a remake of that really cool tune off their 2nd or third album...' 'Alone again or' I think it is Calexico I may be wrong and am too tired to look it up tonight. I don't care for the remake. Only heard it once just sounds to close an imitation as if they are hoping people never heard the original and would think it is a great tune and it is a great tune but forget this remake, find that 'Love' original. Calexico is a pretty good band if you like bands in the Chrome Johnson style..

Speaking of LA Bands did you know that Mark Andes the original Bass player of Spirit was actually even before this the original Bass player with Canned Heat I didn't know that and found that very interesting since I loved both of those bands very much.
Larry Taylor replaced Mark and after Woodstock in 1969 I was convinced that Larry Taylor was the best Bass man on the planet
that was a great bass solo on that big stage... Of course I soon came to be enamored with Jack Cassady's brilliance of the Airplane and of course you know that Jack played on Electric Ladyland with Jimi some of those heavenly delicious tracks.. and of course the Phil Zone.. exactly. and just this past week again... 'Off of My Cloud' turn that one up next time it's on the Radio listen to that bass what it does to make that tune fly wow! Bill Wyman.

Tip of the hat to Sir Paul while we are at it.

So we all keep on rocking OK?

  That's right.

A little IPA some Advil it all works...

But Remember you need nothing to get high! Absolutely Nothing! Never forget that.. In you In you.
We need to test this theory more often. Nothing works!
